Welcome to the Farm!

I have always wanted a farm and land for as long as I can remember.  I could never make it living in a city apartment, without the earth to dig in. My dream came true in 2005 when I purchased a 15 acre farm in Prince George's County, Maryland.  My primary motivation in purchasing the house I did is the fact that the property is beautiful, and the location is perfect; it is bordered along the back by Rosaryville State  Park, which in turn has 1,000 acres of nicely manicured fields and forest to ride through.

In past years, I have raised Chickens, Pygmy goats, Rex Rabbits, and King Shepherds. We have a small vegetable garden in the summer, as well as the fruit orchard, and I enjoy growing fragrant and flowering plants and landscaping.

Of course, the primary purpose of the farm is the horses!  I have raised 3 foals, and am currently bringing my youngsters up through the ranks to make nice all-around finished show and pleasure horses. Please stay and have a look around!

Zoey, my lovely King Shepherd.  I had her mother, Sabina, and raised a litter of 11 puppies.

I got her brother Sasha in early 2012.  His owner could no longer keep him due to family issues, so I happily took him back.
